Aged Williams Pear Brandy of St. Peter

Besides our state-of-the art production, our other remarkable feature are dehydrated slices of quality Williams pears which accompany the exquisite liquor being aged in individual bottles, producing a characteristic taste and nature of pear brandy. Over time, aging amplifies the blend and further distinctive aroma notes surface in the taste.

The pear nose is intense, the taste is strong, but pure, and the aftertaste is clean with a strong hint of pear. In warmer environment and in the summer, it should be served chilled, ideally at around 14°C (58 F).
